More about Yoga
Yoga is a way of life. Often today it is taken out of context and the
holistic message of yoga is lost in todays fanatastic garbled versions
(Power yoga, hot yoga and what have you) of the ancient and timeless
art. There is an ethical, moral framework for yoga where the true
nature of the Self should gently reveal itself. At House of Yoga we
attempt to bring back the authentic style of ashtanga yoga withot any
violence on the body or the mind. Learn to heal your mind, body and
spirit in the lap of nature, detoxifying the poisons and stresses of
modern living. The House of Yoga is situated next to a bubbling brook
amidst gently rolling verdant hills.   The air here is clear and  dry,
and liberating. As Swami Sivananda so beautifully put it "Simplify
your life, purify your heart and intensify your sadhana". Simplify,
Purify, Intensify. Just come and  heal yourself.
